Over her career, Ms. White has secured a broad range of competitive governmental funding sources and LIHTC allocations, managed debt and equity investor closings, coordinated design and construction phase teams, obtained development rights and building permits for new projects, managed tenant relocations, and coordinated property leasing activities.

Community Development:

Ms. White began working in the community development field upon her arrival in Los Angeles in late 2001, when she began working with Abode Communities.
