Affordable Housing Development

Currently, Ms. Hung manages two projects that are under construction and one that is in predevelopment. Ms. Hung has successfully secured funding commitments from various city, county, state and federal sources.

Prior to joining Clifford Beers Housing, Inc., Ms. Hung was a real estate and redevelopment consultant specializing in public-private partnerships. Ms. Hung advised cities across Southern California on residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects. As a consultant, Ms. Hung also administered and monitored affordable housing programs for the City of Commerce and the City of Coachella.

Education:

Ms. Hung holds a Master of Planning degree from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Economic Development. Ms. Hung is a LEED Green Associate and a California Redevelopment Association Fellow. Ms. Hung has a Bachelor of Arts in International Development with minors in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
