Shahrouz Golshani is a Principal at Plaza Property Group, a real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles focused on retail real estate investments in California and Texas. Mr. Golshani is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves as Chair of the ULI-LA 1000 Homes Committee, an initiative focused on raising awareness about the need for increased levels of permanent supportive housing throughout Los Angeles County. Mr Golshani is also Co-Chair of the ULI-LA Housing Initiative Council, and is a member of the ULI-LA Executive Committee. Mr. Golshani is currently earning his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is a John Wooden Global Leadership Fellow. Mr. Golshani sits on the Board of Directors of Clifford Beers Housing, a developer of affordable housing focused on special needs populations.
